Kimberly the manager was very rude when trying to explain a problem I had and not willing to take further steps to help me in the problem I currently have with 5/3 bank. I have been with5/3 bank over 10 years. I recently found out that I have been charged $5 a month in my savings account. I had no idea that a $5 charge was given for a savings account that was less than a $200 balance.
