Paid money to myhelphub.com for nothing. I should have checked beforehand that they do not appear to be registered in UK. Cannot get to contact them as they send NO REPLY emails. There is a phone number at the bottom of their form which looks like US number and would probably get nowhere but wasting more money on the call. I was supposed to get help on avoiding to pay for parking ticket but got nothing. It got very stressful attempting to make contact with them as it is impossible. This dating company do not provide the service they advertise. No one replies to emails sent to them probably because they do not receive them. To test it out I sent messages to members whose details I was sent asking them to acknowledge my message to ensure that the company was not a scam. No one replied. I have asked for the Managing Director's details on several occasions but it has not been forwarded. I am now after closing down this time and money wasting company and ask for a refund.
