I returned a slipcover that was a terrible product - very thin fabric that did not conceal the original love seat fabric. I placed a portion of the slipcover over the love seat and quickly removed the slipcover. I then packaged the slip cover and returned it in its original package. SureFit claims that there was pet hair on the product - the product was clean and in resealable condition when it was returned. I called and the company representative has refused to give a refund for the cost of this truly inferior product. BE VERY CAREFUL when ordering from SureFit - they supplied a VERY POOR PRODUCT and gave VERY POOR customer service. read full review »
