This company is false advertising on Craigslist under rentals. Once you call they tell you they can get you into a bank owned house for $199.00 and your payments will only be $1300.00. Once you give them your credit card # they send you a list of homes and generic letters. Now, you are on your own to contact the owners and try in work out a deal with them. When we called and asked for a refund they first said it would take 90 days. Then they lowered it to 10-15 days.
