OMG These posers have to be the rudest people on the face of the planet. I am so glad to be rid of them. If someone tells you your car loan is through CPS or Consumer Portfolio Services run the other way. You would be better off on the bus trust me. They are rude, arrogant and think they are better then you if you screw up. These people are probably behind on payments to someone too and forgot what it was like to be harrassed and all hours for payments they know you can't make.
