I received a trial sample of the Acai Max Cleanse. The company advertised that the next order could be cancelled within 10 business days. I called on the 7th day and was told that their computer system was down and that I would need to call back 3 hours later. I informed the agent that I would be unavailable in 3 hours and asked for the email address so that I could cancel it that way.
