Some of gevalia's coffee is good. But their customer service is the worst and most unreasonable I've ever dealt with. I was having coffee delivered 20 years ago with automatic payment through my bank. I changed my bank and forgot to change Gevalia to the new bank so one shipment came without me paying on time. Instead of calling or notifying there was a problem they cancelled all service, even though I paid them immediately on finding out what the problem was - why I wasn't getting coffee.
