I was/am a victim of Scooter Nitro. See the posting by Jack. I am trying to decide whether I should initiate a lawsiut against them. I will be filing a complaint with the Minnesota Attorny General but I don't know if that is enough. Thier website is back up, kinda, they claim it is under construction.
