Sold my loan with no warning...new company Santander something...calling wanting payment which has already been made.arrgh...horrible way to deal with customer paying a way over inflated interest rate to begin with. This company has a lot to learn about customer service, which is probably the reason they are selling loans in the first place. I believe this practice to be illegal, as they are selling and proliferating my personal info without my written consent. If this is not illegal...then it should be. Please do not do business with this company, avoid them at all costs. read full review »
