My family and I went into this place for a tour, and from the beginning to end it was TERRIBLE. We talked to a few patients there and they even told us to take our grandmother to a different place, ANYWHERE but here. I was suprise and shocked but after my experience there, I couldn't even describe the depth of negative characters working in this place. From the begining, our tour guide of the facility was a very nice young Vietnamese women who had broken English but did her best. Her tour wasn't a problem.
