I paid to have a car shipped to my local Carmax dealer. After it did not make it onto the transport for the 3rd time and the store manager lying telling me it had already shipped when in fact it had not I decided it was a big mistake on my part and to eat the shipping fee rather than deal with a company that lies and steals from it's customers.
