I ordered a used replacement axle for my 2003 Mercedes Benz, confirmed via fax, 6 emails and 4 phone calls what part I needed. The invoice said it would fit, but the part was mis-marked and did not fit. It was too large on one end by several thousandths. When I called for refund, they agreed for a 100% refund AFTER I paid to ship it back. I said why should I pay for shipping when the wrong part held up my repair at the auto shop AND tied up the mechanics rack for a day, causing me additional delays and expenses.
