i went to the California wal-mart Jan 2009 and got a new PC. well i have been trying to get this PC repaired since April 2010. the walmart warranty customer service is lacking in one very important thing "customer service". they sent a service person from nexcore here and he replaced the hard drive...did it fix it "nope". still fan running nonstop and the PC still crashing. called the service center again...sent out the same service tech he put a new power supply on the pc..why?
