The company asked for a $1 fee to protect my identity, then proceeded to charge 14.95 to my account. They claimed that I was notified, but nowhere did I see the notifications. In my opinion they are hidden and in the fine print, and are presented that way intentionally. The company is preying on unassertive customers who will fold when their operator says "you agreed to pay". I told them it was unlawful and they refunded my money.
