They sent a sorry ass Hvac (Caviness) 4 times, each time they told me something different was worng and naturally the items that need to be corrected was not covered by AHS. So I had to spend over $1000.00 in unnecessary items such as cleaning the ducts and clean the inside coil, and the air was still not cooling.
