I moved to San Jose in early Aug and tried to set up AT&T DSL service. A guy placed order for me and said the service would be turned on that next Fri. I waited but nothing happened. I called on Sat morning and waited for at least 40mins before finally getting someone on the phone. He told me the order was cancelled for no reason, so I had to place another order and supposed to wait till the next Thur before it can be then turned on.
