Purchase $1700 gas grill. Received it fine but it was missing a rotisserie bar. Unable to get this company to answer voice mail or e-mail. ONly get recording when I call and after long hold recording says to leave name and number and someone will call back. Hasn't happened. Had to order and pay for the missing part elsewhere. read full review »
