On September 6th I purchased a Rubbermaid shed at lowes.com with a designated store at Nanuet, NY. For 3 weeks I have been trying to get this shed delivered to my house. During that time I needed to constantly initiate calls to the store, follow up and stay on top of things, only to find out, time after time, that customer service is a phrase that Lowes is not familiar with.
