I sent two pairs of glasses to Framefixers earlier this year (2010) to get the one repaired (broken at noseclip) and to have the second one recoated. Initially told that I would get them back within 7 to 10 days, but it took WEEKS and I had to call and send e-mails several times. Anyway both repairs were shoddy - the 'fixed' pair (it was brazed) broke again at the same joint, after wearing it about 6 times... Totally useless.
