DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE DEAL WITH CLEAR RATE COMMUNICATIONS! I wish I would have known about this site before signing on w/Clear Rate. The other day friends began telling me that when they called me the phone would ring once and then static and die. I was not able to receive calls, but could place outgoing calls including long distance. I called Clear Rate and they told me it must be an inhome inline problem.
