In June 2009 I purchased a new scooter and paid cash. I also paid the tax and license fees when I purchased it and the agreement was I would receive the license plate, registration and title in the mail but never did. I have left messages for the company and have not recieved a call back. Now the phone numbers listed are disconnected. Now I have to go to the DMV and try to get it all fixed and probably have to pay more fees. When I went to the DMV prevously they said they had nothing on file for the scooter so I'm not even sure if they will be able to help me. read full review »
