I had made an appointment for an estimate for work to be done on a wall in my living room. I made this appointment for 10 days later. I was sent 2 confirmations for the date and time within those 10 days. On the day of the appointment I received a 3rd confirmation via email. 2 minutes after the last confirmation was sent I received a phone call telling me that the person who was supposed to come out couldn't make it at the time of the appointment an would like to come later that day.
