Oct. 2006 we claimed bankrupcty but not on truck. Everysince that time is has been redicuious try to receive a pay off. If a person is calling in for a pay off on there account you should be able to receive amount. You are sitting there looking at it . It is stupid to have to wait for a fax or recieve it in the mail. read full review »
