DO NOT BUY VALUE CITY FURNITURES. Had a bitter experience. I bought two sofas from them and one of them was defective. They promise me for change and but i have to hire a truck of my own (its thier policy, ok. but it was not my fault that the new sofa was defective. They didnt do a QA for thier products before they release for customers) and then when i get that exchanged and opened it at home, saw it was again defective and then i didnt call them again because i dont want to hire the truck again, because if this continues for few more time... read full review »
