I am a victim of Wells Fargo’s Loan Modification scam (HAMP) September 27th, 2010: In the summer of 2006 I was approved for an adjustable rate mortgage by Wells Fargo in order to build a home for myself and two children. My payments were very affordable until 2008 when an increase of over $800 a month put my monthly payment at over $1800 a month.
