My sister sent an arrangement of roses to me for my birthday. The flowers arrived on Friday, Sept. 24th and were placed on the front porch in 105+ degree heat. IF they knocked or rang bell, my husband did not hear them. At 5pm-ish, my husband found the dead, dying display and brought in to soak them. I saw them and called the florist who has an answering device. I left a message that the flowers were DOA and I'd like them replaced. I recieved no call on Monday from florist.
