Yep, they got me too...what a crock. I called and cancelled my account, but they said I am unable to refund your money. Does anyone know how to get it back?? I had to call my bank and cancel my card then they will issue a new one. They stated since it was on a debit card they could not stop the transaction, but would send me paperwork to dispute the charge. I am soo pissed that they can continue to get away with this. I call them twice today and other than cancelling they didnt do a thing for me. read full review »
