Purchased an area rug and found that it did not match. Returned the rug per directions from Overstock and accepted the $17 charge. Received a notification from Overstock that the rug had a stain and we would only be refunded 25% of the purchase price. If there was a stain on the rug, it either ocurred before we received it or after it was sent back. It was returned the next day. Upon reading the many complaints it appears that Overstock makes their profits in a questionable manner. read full review »
