This bank has to be the worst bank ever. I went to open an account and I was helped by Ms Valdez. She managed to mess up just about everything on my account. I was not mad at first everyone makes mistakes but when I tried contacting her, she was either not in or busy. I left several messages and I was told that I would be called back. NEVER once did she call back. Finally I had to go in and when I spoke to the MANAGER I came to realize she was just as rude as the rest of the employees. NEVER again will I go there.
