Terrible Customer Service- AE Appliance repair was sent by HH Gregg to fix my washing machine. They got to my house and realized that my washing machine was 3 days over the 1 year manufacturers warranty. Of course I had purchased the 5 year extended warranty but they still wouldn't fix it. The repairman told me that it would only take about 10 minutes to fix what was wrong but I would have to call and set up another appointment with them to come back out. I have since done that and now I have to wait another week for them to show up. WOW! What a company! read full review »
