This company is a large Hotel Management Company whose payroll department is centralized for many of their hotels. The payroll department located in Montreal is in charge of deducting court ordered Child Maintenace payments from individuals who refuse to voluntarily pay support for their children. The payroll department of this large company does not routinely deduct the payments on a timely basis causing undue hardship to the child recipients of the payments.
