Be warned if you ever you this agent for listing or buying a home. We had him as our listing agent, and right off the bat we had problems with him returning calls, be available to respond say day to requests or handling paperwork. We had an offer on our house and were in the middle of negotiations, and he decided it was more important to attend a school field trip with his child then hold to his responsibilities as a real estate agent.
