I had service several years with this company and i started having problems trying to make or receive calls from my cell phone which i have never had problems before. I called this company and finally talked to a person after many tries and it was hard to understand him, to make a long story short i have excess money in my account and trying to get these people to refund my money and to cancell my service and after several emails and many telephone calls it is a nitemare and you know im still sitting in the same place as i started out, any suggestions. read full review »
