I recently called the Board of Public Utilities to report fraud on a third party company but instead encountered a rude, poorly educated person who couldnt handle the complaint. As I was in the process of explaining my issue with this company that posed as pseg he became inpatient, raised his voice and ultimately hung up. Now I have two issues two handle instead of the initial. Its really sad that we are in such desperate need of a "warm" body instead of someone who is properly trained for the job. read full review »
