VVM is contracted to collect on behalf of City of Jhb... are the qualified to do this job? I've paid outstanding amounts for which I've not received bills; and then receive another threatening sms after I've requested changes in billing details as well as confirmation of receipt of previous payments... with no response or change and no-one at the call centre to assist. Should they perhaps increase their capacity to handle the City of Jhb accounts? I am sure they are earning enough commissions to be able to do so and increase their levels of service. read full review »
