Got a messy oil change. No seat cover or floor cover was used. The oil change guy, covered in oil from head to foot, pulled the car in and out of service area himself. He also sat in car with A. C. and car running while he filled out paperwork. The seats, carpet, and door had many oil stains. The manager ignored my complaint. Dont take a new or clean car to NTB for service. read full review »
