I attempted to pay my montly loan on Santander's website as I have been doing for months since it was sold to them by HSBC. They now want to charge a $5 Western Union fee. When I called customer service I was told this was a new fee. No explanation or details. I was then asked if ther was anything else they could help with and I said "you didn't help at all" and the customer service rep hung up.
