Beware of this product. Though the workout is a good one, the sneaky way the vitamin enrollment program is slipped into your order is sleazy and underhanded. Truly the worst internet ordering experience I've ever had!!! It would have been possible for Mitch Gaylord to build on this program with future videos and workouts, but he's alienated his customer base so that we'll all shout from the rooftops what a scam this is! Mitch Gaylord, you should be ashamed!! I've filed a complaint with the BBB, and see that lots of others have done the same. I'll be posting all over the internet about this one. read full review »
