My experience with HOPKINS APPLIANCE was HORRIFIC! They came to "repair" an electrical malfunction in my 18 month old JENN AIR convection oven today. about a month ago it caught on fire and JIM came out to "look" and then proceeded to order "parts". After JIM installed the part he left. The unit was left on the island in my kitchen and we were left to put the oven back in the wall housing and also reinstall all the framework, nuts and other hardware.
