I purchased a sofa and loveseat. Carls delivered sofa but not loveseat. They claimed they misplaced it and had to find it! Huh! I finally got a call 2 weeks later that they found it and would deliver it the following week. They did in fact deliver the loveseat...stained and without the legs. They said they would have to deliver legs next week and recover the loveseat due to stain. The following week I get a call that the legs won't arrive until December.
