I have been trying to contact Planet fitness on numerous occasions about their Sauna that is out of oreder for more than a month now. Nobody from Planet Fitness returns my calls or respond on messages that I have left. I am paying full fees and not half and I expect to make use of all the facilities, because I pay for it. I am think of moving to Virgin Active where speed of exicution are much quicker. This is nothing more than absolutely bad service. They are very quick to persuade a person to join, but when comes to complaint handling then they have great challenges with that. read full review »
