Wells Fargo has horrendous customer service! They pass the buck from the 1-800 number to the branch. I was a former Wachovia customer... When Wells Fargo purchased Wachovia customer service went down hill. Wells Fargo branch rep said there would not be a fee for a savings account... If I opened one and come to find out there was a fee charged to my account. When I called the branch the refer me to 1800 number. Do not use Wells Fargo. They should be put out of business!!! read full review »
