For those who having found out yet, the FTC has shutdown FLS/BDD/Wholesalematch etc and frozen all assets. Check this website: http://www.ftc.gov/os/caselist/1023218/index.shtm or look for Case No. 2:11-cv-00283-JCM-GWF File No. 1023218. You will need to file at: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/ in hopes of eventually getting some money when the case has been won by the FTC.
