I made a purchase on (9/28/2010) that I'm unsure about. I read the cacellation notice and filled out information and sent it in the next morning. The cancelation policy says I have 3 business days from date of purchase to cancel for any reason. My cancelation form was returned on (10/01/2010) "unable to deliver". I called the customer service number but got an answering machine stating they are only open till 5p Mon Thru Fri. All this was giving me a feeling that I was scamed. read full review »
