There is no network coverage in my area melnallathur. The response from their customer care is so poor. As they not taking the issue seriously, i'm going to change my network, not only me i prefer my sister, friends and relatives to do the same. I waited three years with mere network(lot of time no coverage) thinking that they'll improve their network but they didn't. They charging for complaints too. so they taken steps to stop complaints but not to rectify it. If you can't give network then why the hell you telecasting... read full review »
