My Verizon bill shows charges for Flixofee dated August 11, 2010, for services I never authorized or received, This is the secone time in a couple years that Verizon has been a party to this kind of billing scam. I called them and after waiting over 30 minutes for a representative who was eager to serve me, I was told to call Flix. Fee directly. I wasted more time doing this, again repeatedly being told my call was important and to wait for a representative.
