I purchased a Home Warranty from Sensible the Complete package. I had 2 claims the first was my disposal which they put up a stink about fixing it but did. Well the big one came in July 30, 2010 when my A/C went out. I called them they sent out there contractor and this guy didn't even know how to hook up the gauges finally figured that out told me I have no Freon I told him I had the A/C serviced 2 months ago and they put more Freon in it.
