I called in advance to confirm that this reseller had the parts that I needed. I placed my order and tried to contact them for a rush delivery on the order. I never got a reply from the reseller, so I waited for the standard delivery. When the items came, I found that they shipped incorrectly 20 of the 30 units that I had ordered. I had ordered 30 ST3800013AS, but only received 10. The remaining 20 were the ST3800023AS. I am not sure how this mistake was made, but it looks like they did not check what they were sending out to their customers. read full review »
