I purchased the above vacuum in 3/10. It came with a 1 year warranty. 1 month ago the motor went out, so naturally we took it to Sears at Gwinnett Mall as told by the representative from the 800 # that we called off the cleaner itself. They inturn had to ship it to the service center in Tucker. We get a call a few days later stating that we owe $88+ for "misuse."
