I wanted to recharge my V C No. 01507933053 and paid the amount of Rs. 300 through my credit card on 20/09/2010. After taking print out of recharging my VC I have foung out that my amount was gone in the wrong VC No. i.e. 01507033053, immediately I sent the email to the customercare. They are denying to take action and give credit to my VC. Please help in solving this problem. read full review »
